Somatic Physical Therapy reserves appointment times specifically for each patient. This Appointment Cancellation Policy helps us protect that reserved clinical time and keep appointments available to patients who need care.

24-Hour Notice Requirement

Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment.

Late Cancellations and No-Shows

Cancellations, rescheduling requests, or no-shows with less than 24 hours’ notice are subject to a $95 late-cancellation fee, up to the full $195 session fee.

Repeated late cancellations or no-shows may result in the full session fee being charged, a session being deducted from a prepaid package, or prepayment being required before future appointments can be reserved.

How the Policy Is Applied

This policy is based on when the cancellation or rescheduling request is received, not the reason for the change. Applying the policy consistently helps ensure that reserved appointment times remain available to all patients.

Cancellation and no-show fees are the patient’s responsibility and generally are not billable to insurance.

How to Cancel or Reschedule

You may cancel or reschedule by phone, text, email, or by using the cancellation link in your appointment confirmation email. Please contact us as soon as you know you cannot attend.
